I am looking at buying a house… but the house I am looking at has a lease on it until August 08. If I would buy the house, would I be legally committed to this lease I never signed? 03 Apr 09 Real Estate Flipping/Renting?
I’m an 18 y/o college student. No experience in real estate but have always been interested in learning more about it. I do my research on the internet and read books and I feel I am ready to go out and learn first hand. But I’m not sure where to start. I’m interested in foreclosures doing some work and selling and/or renting it out. I realize it’s not that easy because I’m so young. Can anyone give me some pointers on where and how to start out. Where can i get the money, I’ve heard of hard money loans, are they my best options?

Hello every one
I have been new in U.S for almost a year. I have established my credit here. My wife has poor credit because of some outstanding medical bills in the past. My question is, does the real-state have the right to refuse to rent me the apartment due to my wife’s poor credit?
Note: We don’t have share credit. I have separate credit than my wife.
